All my ads got changed to japanese!!!!

I have not worked on my site for about 2 weeks now, and I just started doing some more work on it today.

I previewed one of the pages in firefox, and all the ads were in japanese. All the other pages are the same way.

I logged into my google account and checked the settings, which was still set to display english ads. I generated some more code, and pasted it into a page.

When I previewed that, it was japanese as well.

 

if you're viewing the ads on your pc , they'll be in Japanese for some strange reason

 

Is your IP (not your site) Japanese? Usually adsense filter ads by the users Geo Ip location and based on the Site language too.

 

Yea, but I every other time I have viewed them on my browser before, it was always engligh.

No. This is the first time this has happened.

 

No more ideas why it suddenly changed?

 

Do you have a link to your site? (if you don't want to post it you can send it to me via PM). Do you know if others are seeing japanese too? I know when I updated my site offline, the ads turned to chinese! But when I uploaded it, it reverted back to English.

 

Is there anyone else using this domain or another add-on or subdomain ?

I have the same problem with a free hosting company I run where member's sites run on subdomains. I even tried emailing Google about it to see what we could do... and they replied they "fixed" it and if I continue to have problems to email them back... but those Asian ads still show up... even tho my fully qualified TLD (running on domain.com) is 100% in English and it is the subdomains running other languages.

Google Has been bought out by Japan and they are switching it all over to a Japanese ads system,

The fact that all ads are in Japanese will entice all other nations curiosity to what the ads could be about , in turn giving your site more revenue in the future. All in all this could be a good thing for all publishers

On a serious note....I have no idea, But I have seen it before one or twice,

 

if you view the ads in your pc(before uploading them to the domain) the are always shown in japanese and some rectangulao fonts...mainly you will find one named DODA....isn't it? Upload it to ur site and everything will be right.
