All Movie Download Sites against Adwords Policy?

I've noticed some people on this forum getting banned for advertising movie sites, music sites, and psp sites. Is it only direct linking? or just plain advertising them on your page. How strict are they about this, and I've looked on google-help, but cant find nothing in their policy. Could someone link me to something about this or if they have experience with this give me some advice.

I don't trick people into thinking they can download anything they want for a low price, i tell them its just to backup their software and for learning/education purposes.

Even though I'm not doing anything illegal, Is it even worth taking a chance?

I'm not positive but I would say that advertising a site that contains warez/pirated files is against the TOS. If you offer software to backup files it should be ok.

If what you intend to offer is pirated then I doubt that the "learning/education" dislaimer will help at all.
