All indexed pages from Google disappear?

Hi to SEO experts . Kindly I want to know all the indexed pages for my site are now de-indexed from Google. But there is no waring in my webmaster account.In my webmaster account it shows 3 submitted and 3 indexed.I have back links from article directories.

Use site: command to check your indexed pages.
Also, it might be temporary so wait a couple of days and check the indexed pages of your site.

 

If you can't see any warning/message in webmaster tools then there is nothing to worry. However you're telling that 3 submitted URL's are indexed so that means your pages are not de-indexed. your search results will move be moving to the next pages and it is depends on the PR of your site and the competitors.

check your index pages with the command site still you do not have any index page then your site is under penalty. To remove this you have to wait for a time.

 

too much backlinks or too much duplicated content... I thinks...
