I just downloaded this pluggin and activated it as well. Now how can I make max use of it. i dont kow how to use

Post Title Format

You can use the following “macros”:

* %post_title% - The original title of the post.
* %blog_title% - The title of your blog.

Page Title Format

You can use the following “macros”:

* %page_title% - The original title of the page.
* %blog_title% - The title of your blog.

What should I enter in the % line. There are many like this for different purposes. Ok you get the idea.
