Hey guys, I'm new to this forum so sorry if this questions has been posed before but I did a quick search first and nothing came up. I was just wondering if you guys believe in an all-in-one marketing bible or guide? Are these just gimmicks to make money or do they actually work? I've thought about buying one for a while now as I'm pretty new to this whole world but I'm just not sure if it's worth it. Is any one source going to have a solid enough basis of knowledge that it's economic to not spend hours going through the web searching for the best of everything? Also, I found this one for free and I was wondering if any of you had ran into it before. Are these what the ones you pay for are like, or do they offer something else? I'm really not looking for any 'quick solution' or 'make money fast' type of deal, I just want to know how to best spend my time! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and this is the one I found for free: http://www.viralnetworkinc.com/white-paper/ Thanks!
Nope i have never met that site before. Yeh of course. I created 1 myself 1 year ago, a total guide that helps a person from the set up of a website to the actual sales. You just need the time and effort to go do it. Aside from that, i believe that getting yourself a mentor is one of the more effective routes to success, simply because he can guide you through everything. I like your spirit! You know that money doesn't come easy and you are willing to work for it. Work Hard dude, you will make it far!
An all in one marketing bible would be massive! Wow, think about it covering affiliate marketing, article marketing, PPC, PPV, CPA, traffic, email marketing, building a list, creating products, jvs, website creation, SEO, clickbank, jvzoo, market health, clicksure, Digital Point, Amazon, Kindle and so on. The best one product could hope for would be an overview. You can either pursue one field of knowledge and excel in that, get yourself a coach or mentor, which can be expensive and with variable results, join a membership site that covers each of these topics discretely and in chewable amounts, or buy every shiny new object that comes along and hope one of them sticks. When you are starting out it is great to have some guidance in what you should be doing to succeed, rather than having a steep learning curve wondering what to do and even worse, how to do it.
@Howard Lim I'd never ran into that site before either, it just looked to be more of an actual 'business' and it was giving it away for free which seemed more legitimate than most of the just landing pages that are asking for $200 but you only have to pay $19.99! A mentor is a great idea, I had never thought of that before, I'll definitely look into that! Thanks! @dailybread2011 Yea this one was 15 pages though it's an overview of a lot of things..I would think one that covered everything would take up an entire forest if you wanted it printed out! Thanks for the advice, I like the idea of becoming an expert in something but I have this preconceived notion that it's only really helpful if you're joining an already established business and not trying to start something from scratch yourself. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's just what I think. To be honest I've never even heard of jvzoo or clicksure before..so thanks for that, time for a little research.
If you want to build an online business the first thing is to create your own web site! So, there will be necessary costs you can't avoid! 1. You should buy a domain name and chose your web host. 2. Create a simple web page (squeeze page) offering free info for collecting email addresses (building an email list). You can always hire a web designer and copywriter to help you with that. 3. Regarding creating product focus on solving problems people might have and improving their lives. 4. Write follow up emails (autoresponder software) where you can promote paid products and services (can be affiliate products). 5. Get free or paid, targeted TRAFFIC to this site. It's another big and important topic! 6. Build an authority and reputation! People will buy from you when they trust and like you. Blogging can help you on this path! 7. Always test conversions for further improvements. 8. Consistency is a big factor! Maybe I come back later to add something more!
I have been in Internet marketing for quite sometime now. I have bought one instruction after another. What I've realized is that there is no one program that can cover all. I'm not aware of the program that you mention, but it sounds like a general introduction. Still, you will need to get started from somewhere. Start doing it, and pause to review and think after a while, before moving ahead again. There are gurus out there, but be wary if they promise you the sky especially when they tell you they have a auto system that you can make money without effort.
