Volusion is quite good, and so is Bigcommerce. They are both pretty much relatively inexpensive (if you are serious about e-commerce), offer a stack of features, are designed to sell (unlike so many other shopping carts), and are fairly easy to use (much easier than magento), their support is great, and they have thousands of customers. I always recommend people take a look at these two hosted carts.
