All I wanted is to earn $100 from my site with AdSense. Today I got it after 9 months of hard work. I know it will take me a month or two to get the check. Is it now ok if I remove AdSense from my website and shut my site down? I'll still get the check right?
I guess so, although I would wait until you have receive the check just to be on the safe side. Why not keep it running, and wait for your next $100?
I would just keep the site up until your domain/host expires you could still recieve some clicks through your previous promotion of your site. Congrats on reaching your goal though
You can shut the site down or just show the ads on different site, it wont change the fact you earned 100$. Google will not send them to you only if you manage to get your account canceled by fraud clicks and such.
LOL. Now that you've earned your first $100, I would assume your 2nd $100 would come a lot sooner, so why remove the ads?
i think you souldnt give up, cause reaching first cheque is very hard but the next cheque, will be more easier.
Don't make me sad dude, keep it up, extra bucks on your pocket doesn't hurt, work harder to make 300 each month it's not hard it's only a 150 clicks and 10$ a day .
Shutting the site after so much effort is not a good thing to do. You can keep the site running or sell it as many people here already suggested. But if you try and set new goals... you can be earning more $$$ from the same site
Its always bit tough to make the first $100 in adsense, but when you get start and feels the smell of the cheque, i think you won't giveup or remove the adsense.. for me too it takes 10 months for my first $100 cheque and doesn't surprises when i get another $100 cheque in the very next month and now i am almost making $1300 per month from adsense.. so never giveup..
Don't give up bro. I believe your existing have daily traffic and it is not a good timing to sell it. Try for another month and two. My webmasters already share their experience with us and we should follow their advise.
