All Hosting Experts Help Needed. Please

Hello everybody,

I urgently need a webhosting solution for these needs -

1. A very much reliable hosting
2. Almost 99.99% Uptime
3. Hosting which can bear 60K+ pageviews per day
4. Need 30GB bandwidth, 2 GB Space, host 2 Domains
5. PHP 5, Mysql 5
6. Amazing fast Speed

Essential things are - very fast speed(System & Network), company should be well established(no new companies please), 99.99% uptime

I request everyone to please suggest me a solution. Should I go for shared hosting or VPS? As for dedicated, I enquired it will cost me more than $100 which I can't afford at this time.

All responses will be appreciated.

 

Around more than 40 connection all the day, must be high in peak hrs.
