Ok here are a few little from us .type site:yoursite.com to know how many of your websites urls are indexed in google .type links:yoursite.com is to see how many links coming towards your website from entire web. ENJOY
and you can type -site:yoursite.com telling google to only show you the links from other sites not yours.
Here's one that's quite obscure but may be useful to some. Its the "AROUND" operator. You can search for keywords from a phrase and place (for EG) "Gingerbread" AROUND(6) "Nexus One" in between the keywords. This will return any results that have the word "Gingerbread" and "Nexus One" within 6 words of each other. Could be useful for finding songs when you only know a few words of a verse EG "Generals gathered AROUND(3) masses" Cheers James
Hi James, Whoa, thank you - I've been missing that function since AltaVista dropped their "near" operator. Fantastic tip, thank you
site: .org wordpress comments recent comments keyword here Gets you all wordpress blogs that have ur keyword that you can comment on. That also have recent comments. Great way to boost your website links.
No worries Nope. .edu and .gov links are treated the same as any other link. However, because of all the spam they get hammered with, they lose all trust-rank and end up being worthless. Cheers James
