We have a Start Up Vidoesharing website that was launched a couple of months back.

All emails sent from the Webforms go to the Spam folder of yahoo, google, msn, hotmail... Even the Confirmation mails sent after User Sign Up goes to Spam. We are trying hard to solve this issue.

We have not done any bulk emailing or sent out any unwanted emails.

Can someone help us with this issue.

What subject are you using for the emails?

Also what is the mail sender daemon name/user?

The mail providers use a closely monitored/created algo which most likely has rules in there that include
    your current mailing plans/templates.

Try changing key words in your email templates.

    Thanks for your reply.

I dont think there is a problem with the subject and content. We have tested this out.

We had tested the same subject and content

    1. using our server - emails go to Spam

    2. another server/IP - emails go to the Inbox

It looks like the problem is with the server IP. It is a semi dedicated server.

Do you have reverse DNS set up and does it match your forward DNS records? If you don't there's a lot of people that won't accept your mail.

It is possible (and likely) that someone sent (or is sending) spam from the same IP then (if the IP is not only for you).

Check if you are in a RBL: http://www.robtex.com/rbl/
(I didn't try this website, I found it on Google).

RBLs are lists of known IP addresses which send spam.
