Hi, dir sub is good but what about dir sub package?,i saw many people in dp buying huge dir submissions packs, but search engine like google say it req quality backlinks and natural, so this huge packages like 1000 or even 100 in 2 days search engine will say it 100% spam.Submitting sites to low pr directorys by spending huge amount will really help? , i also noticed some of them come from same IP.

I,am not against any dir sub company, but the manual hand, who is actually handling our site are they seo related ?,all directorys dont send confm emails, they take daily 10 to 15 orders most cats repete, if they just give cat path of dir as report , can u really trust?, any firm giving refund option?

How it will we if we submit our site daily to 2-3 high pr directorys or build links from revelant sites, u can see increase of PR when we submit to them, but i think this PR increase is only from very few, so is it possiable to find them and submit to only those?.Any sr seo expert who did some research on directorys who dont offer service, plz help.

Personally I think that directory submissions do work to some extent, but they have far less value than a link from a normal site would. Judging from the amount of links that are on the same page in directories.

The good thing though is that you get listed within your niche (as opposed to a FFA site listing) which is what the ask.com algorythm uses for example. Very tight verticals.

I quite agree. I think that they do work to some extent in helping you with back links to your site. The more back links you have, the better your PR will be.

If you hope to get visitors directly to your site through these directory submissions, I doubt that you will get truckloads as your site may be listed somewhere in the middle of a long list of websites. Not unless this website directory that you are submitting to have thousands and thousands of visitors each day.

My opinion is to have a mix of strategies to build back links: website directory listings, article marketing, link exchange programs, etc.
