To much white for my taste. I love how its clean and simple with no bull in it but for me the blue lettering against the white background makes my eyes hurt. Maybe change the link colors to better offset them from the white background.

I like the simplicity of the logo. Too much information on the landing page. Gives an impression of someone has scribbled a lot of information.
Too many colors and it's confusing, it's somewhat a "lost" design. You have a nice site to develop in there, so work on it and good luck.
If you add some negative space to the page it would make the layout look better it would be easier to read the text on the page.
