    I'm selling website because I can't not develope it, i am busy at office


    It is not monetized, but i used Google keyword planner for research keywords for this site, have a lot keywords with much google search monthly


    I dont sell any social media accounts


    This site can run instantly, and you should spen 2 hours per week for write post


    What challenges are there with running this site?
    I think that is a common problem "compete with other site", If you can develope it, you can become a amazon aff, that you sell food for pet, cat, them clothers..., toy for cats....
