    Hey folks,

I am searching for a paypal withdrawal option other than bank account (TAX considerations) or check (time consuming and unreliable).

Paypal has also stopped the CC withdrawal in india. So withdrawing to any third party vcc and then getting cash from ATM etc options are closed.
    XOOM is also closed.

If there is any other way then please let me know...

Nope no any other safe option available then these 2 (bank withdrawal, check withdrawal). Don't know about unsafe options.

Even if one manages to do withdrawal elsewhere... what if IT dept. asks for paypal statement... for reconciliation?

Do they have the right to ask for such a statement or it is just too far fetched to imagine such a demand?

You should be worried if they do... because they will not only consider all such withdrawals as your income... but might go a step forward and cancel valid payments as expenses and treat all your revenues as income! :(

As regards other ways of withdrawals... officially there would be none but you could always transfer fund to a friend's paypal (who is not active on the internet) and seek cash from him in return! :)

For exactly the same reason... I used the word "Friend'. There would always be someone you know... who has an idle bank account and you could have his services by opening a Paypal account for him and use it... for yourself! :)
