    That just sounds crazy - it will be the bigger outfits that will try to take down smaller competitors as they start to take market share - good to make a stand

    This sucks.. but it's definitely sign of the times. I guess for now, it's best to be safe and not have a domain named that closely resembles a trademarked domain (ie: fatfinger domain) for landing pages.
