All Ads changed to "charity" instead of my "niche"

    Hi all,

For the last 3 days my google ads on my main site have changed theme's/topic

Instead of my "niche" they are now mostly hurricane katrina and charity ads,

The site is not related to any charity or offers anything to do with charity (i'm all for charity and all that)

Anyone have an idea as to why ?

I've not updated the site since tuesday last week,

Revenue has dropped 90% at least.

I've took the code of added a little more text/keywords and reinstalled the code but nothing, same ads, same topic.

hurricane katrina and charity ads are PSA, Public service Ads. You don't get paid for those.

Google displays PSAs when they dont have any ads relevant to your topic or when you are not allowed to display adsense ads.

Since almost all your ads are PSA, you might very well be banned from adsense program.

Your 90% drop means the same. Within a few days, it might become zero.

You might have received an email from adsense explaining the reasons for banning. If not, contact adsense support.

are you looking at the domain.com

    Compared to the www.

That will make a difference at times as well, :)

    Hi,

No same www. or domain.com makes no differance,

There is content (news feed/article/ on my topic)

All other sites similar Keywords/topic are ok,

No change in my account (update/news/emails anything liek that)

Sent an email to them but no reply as of yet.

I'll let you know if i find out what it is,

Maybee something simple that i have missed.

One of my websites which is sms related has been getting unrelated ads. Nothing has changed in the page. No content changes. None of my other sites is affected. It is like YPN where ad targeting is turned off.

I waited for two days and today it is still the same thing. I will wait for the adsense bot to come back and i will see.

got an email back and it was an "ad targetting" problem,

On there part so i believe.

Strange it was most the homepage that the trouble was on.

I know that PSAs come an go but they should not remain for this long. Maybe there are no ads in the inventor (whi I very much doubt though).
