Alignment issue with IE7/IE6 and Opera.

I'm having two problems:

Problem #1)
In IE7/IE6 and Opera go to this page:

If you follow the "Sign Up" link you will notice that the header image is off to the right a bit, and the drop down menus are all centered, where they should be justified left.

Problem #2)
On large (19+ inch, high resolution) monitors the navigation menu (on the same link from the sign up page mentioned above) does not stay up in the bar.

Any ideas how to fix these problems?

You see the menus, they should be justified left. Also the header image should be aligned with "Home"/

 

The header stays in the same place for me (using opera 1280x1024)
