Align "Ads by Google" text

How do i align the ads by google text on my 780 by 15 link ad with the links because whenever i change the width of the ad, the ads by google tag stays up and not is aligned. I want my ads by google text to be aligned like the link ad above the header on this site http://www.redmondpie.com/.

ok, yes on redmond pie it's just a 728x15 ad link, and not 780x15 as you wrote, with black border and background color, there's nothing special about it.
