Alibaba, why there are plenty of resellers who contacted me from there?

    Hi, i displayed several products on Alibaba (i registered for free there). But there are some resellers there who contacted me (no real buyers, only resellers). They usually asked me with similar kinds of message. They usually said they want to resell my products in real world (offline) in their locations (Arab, singapore, UK, etc.). Then they asked me about the product catalog, price, etc. After I told them, sometimes they disappeared. I don't know though but are they for real? I mean, are they scammers or people like that? Because this is strange, there are some people there who contacted me but their purpose is 100% not different.
