Hello. I have a basic question. I am asking for future orders. If suppliers fails in inspection how to get money that I paid to supplier for inventory (or the order)? what do I have to do before I order from alibaba so that if supplier fails I get my money? I am asking because this is what happened last time - last time I ordered 1 thousand unit for an item supplier failed twice and then I escalated the dispute and then Alibaba mediator said they want to do another Inspection by Alibaba's in house inspection company which will cost $800 USD and if supplier fails, depending on the failure Mediator will decide how much to refund or to provide any discount, which was totally unclear. And from my experience trade assurance is just for in case the supplier does not deliver product, Alibaba will refund you. So how do you Eliminate this problem out of your way? Thank you.
