    I am selling a nearly 2 year old celebrity blog. The blog is dedicated to Alexis Lopez (not the one from American Idol, but rather the Disney Channel movie).

    I am selling the site because I need to clear up my server plus the extra cash wouldn't hurt. The site gets between 40-50 unique visitors a day and currently ranks #1 in Google for the search "Alexis Lopez."

    If you monitize the site, you could get some nice pocket change and this would be a great addition to anyone who is running a collection of celebrity blogs.

    I have no reserve but I if you want it for the BIN, that is set at $100. The site is running a WordPress 3.0 installation and the theme comes with the website as well as all content.

    Traffic is 100% organic and comes straight from Google, Bing and Yahoo. I have not spent a single dollar advertising this website and have only had minimal backlinks with a few of my other sites in the same niche.
