Alexa: what's going on?

Seems for me it is not updating everyday ... it usually get stuck for 2 days ... is that happening to anyone else?

Yeah it looks like they are working on the site. The thumbnails keep disappearing too.

 

My site shows the traffic, but no up/down change. Anyone know why?

 

i sent alexa an email by their online form
2 days alter the error was corrected and alexa now shows normal data again

the more people use alexa toolbar - the more accurate alexa data get
apparently many look at alexa data and fewer only are willing to to a little FOR alexa

 

For the last week, I have been swinging daily between 12,000 yesterday and 100,000 on wednesday, 19,000 on tuesday, 100,000 on monday.

My stats are the same as always or up if anything. I had been resting around 24,000 for a few months, now I am either at 100,000+ or 20,000, alternating daily.

Yikes. Alexa seems to have lost its baseline or somthing.

 

My alexa went crazy last week for my www.boardingscene.com, and jumped into the xx,xxx range, but now it is back to xxx,xxx

 

Huh? What? Where? What's Alexa anyway? A topsite?

 

Alexa was down for me yesterday but i noticed that alexa has made a change now it wont show: * Daily values are not available for sites ranked outside of the Top 100K.

So if your site is not in top 100k forget daily vaules.

But i wonder is using alexa toolbar the only way to get high alexa ranking or is there any other way to increase alexa ranking?

 

There has no data for my site,so strange
