Alexa toolbar shows red mark

    Hey DP members,

    I am using a Alexa toolbar which is placed in the bottom of the browser. In some of the well known websites it shows a red mark with the rank. Do anyone knows what that mark is all about?

    I am considering it as authenticity mark but not sure. What do you think guys?

    what sites does it show up on i dont think i have seen any red marks

    It shows to the most popular sites like G, yahoo, DP etc.

    May be it is outdated. Try to obtain the latest.
    I am using alexa sparky with firefox with no problems

    Oh Comon man! I am not telling that it showing this red sign or red mark with all the websites but only to some websites which are really popular. It is completely updated.

    Please reply next time when you know what is written exactly in the thread.

    Anyone else who knows more about it?

    I just researched and found that it might be due to reviews that some website have in Alexa. This might be the reason that this red mark is shown. How many of you support this fact?
