Alexa Thumbnail Update

One of the sites we are working on still has not yet had their alexa thumbail updated inspite of being requested to be updated for over 6 months. We have used the online form and emailed alexa direct, as well as gone to

    http://thumbnails.alexa.com/update.php?url=www.xxxx.com/

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Yes, I had updated the thumbnail of my site before one and half month ago but it is still displaying old thumbnail. May be they are not updating it frequently.

I've had this happen many times as well, I just keep on requesting the change in the 'Edit Site Info' section, and eventually it happens.

Okay at least I am not alone in this. 6 months, though, seems like long enough. it is highly annoying.
