While working on some other stuff, I noticed my directory submit page was not loading. I thought I may have broke something while I was working on some other files. lol

It turns out Alexa is down and pages with Alexa stats are not loading completely.

    Anyone else notice this?

Interesting, yours does load fine. Alexa must have different servers located across the US, and what serves Ohio must be down. I can't even get Alexa to load...

I noticed alexa has switched some data plugins to a 4 month trend rather than 3. Perhaps this is the issue.

I think you hit the nail on the head.

Alexa now loads on my dir and in my browser. I see rank changes as well.

I've never had Alexa react that way with my directory before. Normally an outage results in the Alexa thumbnails not loading, but it actually prevented nearly the whole page from loading. Header.php is all that loaded while Alexa was down.

Thanks for pointing that out Malcom. :) It certainly would explain the problem I was having.

Yeah I read on JohnCow.com about the new algo. All my 3 directories have a lower alexa rank now.

Well Alexa seems to have changed its ranking, some of my sites have better ranking and some worse, at least it means that this method of ranking should be more effective.
