Why does my low website visit has an Alexa rank of 9 and my most visited site has an Alexa rank of 12 million?
Friend, I think Alexa Ranking is Not Accurate. you can Increase your Alexa Ranking by your Network, just tell your friends to Download Alexa Toolbar and send Hits in your index page. Now important is only SERP. (Alexa Ranks is not worth in any SEO report) Thanks Eric
Does your low-visit website new? If yes, then it's normal. I also encountered such problem but later on it will goes up. Alexa is not accurate man.

Alexa is good to watch but do not pay it much attention, plenty of ways to manipulate the data. Good for looking at the top few thousand sites but after that no big deal. Focus on your positions for target keywords and day to day unique visitors.
Yes agreed Alexa is not accurate and I don't think we should much concentrate on it, the better thing is spend our time to gain more and more quality back links
same goes form here, alexa's information in quite accurrate....try some other tools for double checking....
