So i've noticed recently Alexa doesn't categorize subdomains as their own sites, where as any other SE seems to? I just created a blogger blog about weightloss diet trials and notcied on my SEO toolbar everything zeroed out as usual, except alexa ranking of 16 due to it being a subdomain of blogger... any advantage to this?>
I have different sites on blogspot. They each have their own alexa rank. However, like the above poster said, it's useless, so don't worry about it.
Alexa is not just useless, depends on what purpose you use and how, I use it generally for comparison of relevant sites and that help somewhat.
Alexa is garbage. Don't ever take any of their statistics seriously, they are WAY off.... so far off to be completely meaningless.
I definitely agree.. .Alexa is not really useless.. It is still a guide and it tells the computation of the visitors of your site... By the way online advertisers rely on alexa ranking. FYI!
You can still use alexa for comparing some relevant site as what bobchrist said but do not rely too much on this....it's useless if you only focus on the ranking because it can be manipulated...
