Alexa Ranking keeps going down but traffic and Google PR up

    Hi all,

    I have been noticing ever since the new year that my Alexa ranking is steadily going down (rising rank number) while my traffic is way up on several of my sites and Google PR just went up another point to 5/10. This is very puzzling and I was wondering if anyone else experiences this?

    If your Alexa rank goes down, it only means that your site's traffic is getting down. That doesn't comply to what you said that your traffic goes up.

    alexa works with numbers from browsers got the alexa toolbar installed.
    dont even bother looking at it unless you sale links.
