Like many have mentioned, Alexa means little since one can fake it. Hopefully, FireFox will make the rankings more legit.

If you know the technique how to fake it, you can get a good Alexa ranking even at your first month. Website success depends on the quality not the quantity of traffic.

I have a site ranked 27,000, And ranked below 5,000 on +10 different countries
Niche is entertainment, but If niche were related to SEO or directories the ranking would be much better.
