Alexa Ranking From 336K Drops to 1 Million

    Alexa is not valid traffic anymore. But many advertiser still use it for traffic measurement

    Alexa traffic ranking is not a measurement of how many visitors you get. Its a measurement of how many page views, files downloaded, meaning. If you have 100,000 visitors who happened to land on your homepage and exits would be different than 1,000 visitors who land on the homepage, went to other pages of your site read some stuff.

    Get it? Its about how much content they are accessing not about how many unique you get. If youre site gets unique but lack interests, rank goes down.

    Alexa is a measure of quality content per visitor. Meaning if you have 15,000 visitors a day, and your rank is not top 500,000. Meaning those that visited must be refered by some site, and foudn your site to be "Uninteresting"!
