Alexa rank is based on users that have the Alexa toolbar installed visiting your website. You can't really control who installs the toolbar but you can control your traffic so just increase traffic and your Alexa rank will go up. Another thing you can do is install the Alexa toolbar in your browser and visit your site evey day.
