Alexa rank with Code modification,is this safe?

    I found this code at Tutzone and they say this code is great code to Copy/Paste below text and make a new post on your blog.they say this is good to speed the alexa ranking,but my question is "since I do know about code"when I install this,will this code harm my google rank because if I see this site rank alone ,it is Zero pr,although has has high alexa

    and what would be the purpose of doing so? alexa ranking is totally useless and can be way off
