No idea. We can't guarantee the algorithm. We can only guarantee our hits. We have noted that over a 1 week period, Alexa ranks increase INSANELY. From the 2+ millions to the 150,000's So it is very likely that you would see a good increase. We just don't know Alexas algorithm so we can't guarantee any numbers.
Sorry, we can only offer about 10,000 unique visitors per day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. We have been getting about 800 uniques per hour lately, which is essentially almost 20,000 uniques per day. So I put down for 10,000 uniques so nomatter what, the user will be happy with what they get (likely more).
