alexa rank is not increasing anymore!

hi guys, as if alexa changed the way it ranks websites
coz my website's alexa rank is not increasing anymore, as if it freezed, but i know that it should be increasing, coz google analytics unique visitors are increasing. any idea? thanks

Seems to have stopped for the last 2 days for me too.

 

If your visitors are increasing then surely Alexa will increase. As we know that Alexa has their own algorithm for measuring ranks

 

Alexa only ranks sites that have applied to them? And these are probably the people who care about where they rank, so they are stronger competitors than the market in general, yes? Also what if the whole of the niche that you are in is increasing in searches in general? it might mean that your visitors are increasing but not as fast as the searches? What does the impression numbers say in webmaster tools?

 

You have get many visitor to your sites. . . My sites are never up to date but the Alexa are nice. . .
