Alexa rank is decreasing..

My alexa rank is decreasing..But My SERP is same as the first.It has no change.Also in my google webmaster account my daily visits for 3 days was zero.Does it effect my google SERP result?What should I do to increase my daily visit and alexa ranking?Am currently doing forum posting more regularly.If any one gives more tips to help me then I will be more thankful..

 

Even I am facing the same problem, My site was having the alexa rank of around 4,84,000 before 3 days. Even I had observed the traffic is increasing through the Google anaytics, Still Today my site's alexa rank is 5,15,000

I don't know How it can be possible, Can anyone please help in this matter....
