Backlinks of my site are increasing day by day but no improvement in alexa ranking but it increasing(going down) every day. And my site is still at same position in google search from past one month. I don't know what should I do? I am really worried about it.
Dont go for Alexa. Secondly, alexa depends on number of times your site get accessed Nothing more then that. You will not get easy SERP rankings in google. In SEO years of work is also less.
alexa rank is mainly traffic if i remember? You need to increase traffic not backlinks. Social Media is the way forward if you really want to increase your alexa ranking but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Worry about what analytics tells you and what your rankings say, if your earning money forget everything else

Alexa rank is not important you should consider on the traffic is traffic is coming on your site.... social media is the best strategy of search engine optimization to get more traffic on your site. if you want to decrease your Alexa rank you should do more and more forum posting and it will be very beneficial to get more traffic on your site....
As I stared SMO and Web2.0 Activities my website's alexa ranking is decreased day by day.even the visits are low not increased in analytic.
Alexa ranking have no any relation with google SERP rank. Alexa ranking is a calculation of traffic of your site. If your site traffic goes up alexa ranking will also improve.
