Hello my fell members! I am here to ask for a favor, I have a site called 3Gorillas (http://www.3gorillas.com), I have been working on this site for one year. I did everything, from blog commenting to forum posting and from directories/articles submission to social book marking, and I was pretty much successful. But here is a problem, since last month the Alexa rank of the site is going down continuously, my site's rank is now 1008165, which is awful, it used to be somewhere at 7089569, also the PR of my site changed to 3, it used to be 4 about three months ago. So,if anyone here can help me in improving the Alexa Rank of my site, I shall be very thankful to them.
Alexa ranking going down means you get more traffic. Having a high pagerank doesn't mean you will rank better so this is not something you should worry too much about. Concentrate on the traffic you get from Google instead.
By 'going down', I mean the rank is getting poor, it is actually increasing day to day. Yes, you are right that if Alexa Rank goes down it brings more traffic, but my site's rank is increasing daily.
HI ! Alexa it is true your site gets more traffic and if you can find from which site you get more traffic then find it and stop submission in it. and with this you can do Profile creation Activity also. it also help to your site.
Your Alexa ranking doesn't matter at all, I guess, unless you are using it to price your advertising or something of that nature. I wouldn't worry about it, worry about your traffic instead.
