For one site, I have had 12 links showing at Alexa FOREVER (23,000 rank).
Today, I have 170 sites "linking in".

Huge increase. So, what do I get?
    Anything, other than ego massage?

They switched from Google's index to MSN's, which generally shows more backlinks. But, yes - sorry no change to "reality" - just a different view of it.

    Ahh, phynder, makes sense.
The ratio is about right - greater than 10x, MSN vs. Google.

So, in other words, Alexa now shows MSN sites linking in, instead of Google sites.

Yeah - since Alexa is owned by Amazon and Amazon moved from Google to MSN results. A most curious move - I wonder what the politics behind it were. This also affects A9 results (if anyone cares)...
