Alexa is good ... but not site maintaining.

    Dear all,

This morning I got a message from www.fastreviews.org about of my site rejection from there directory. I don't know what was the reason of it but they told me to read their Guideline and terms conditions before going to submit my site. But here the game is that there've no any terms & conditions nor any guideline mentioned on their site..... Do you of anyone have seen their guideline and terms & condition ? I was thinking that all the sites who have under 100K, they maintain their site very well... but here the ranking is 54,963 PR-3 and they too don't know how much pages they have. :D

I've posted this issue here because I never seen anything strange from any directory in my life like this one.

Its not unusual for a directory to tell you to read the terms and guidelines when they have none.

Some even have a box for you to tick to agree to non existing terms.

Aren't all directories outdated? Or do you still get good results with Links from directories?

According to Alexa (since you're concerned with their impressive Alexa ranking):

63.8% of their traffic comes from India
12.3% of their traffic comes from Pakistan
8.5% of their traffic comes from the US
4.3% of their traffic comes from the UK

I'd bet you they're exploiting Alexa which isn't too hard to do. Their traffic is coming from submitters and bots inflating their Alexa score, not people browsing.

So, either don't let it bother you and forget about it, or give them money and be assured you won't be rejected then ;)

Is it just a default email message?

Alexa doesn;t make any sense except you would sell your website. Most peoplr can cheat Alexa.
