I'm trying to install an Alexa custom toolbar from webmaster's corner on alexa's website. It seems straightforward, I followed the instructions and on step 2, it gives me an error says "We had trouble parsing the XML. Make sure the XML is well formed, and looks like the sample XML. Remember, there must not be any white space before the beginning of the XML. " my website in question is http://sbWebCentral.com, I tried http://www.sbWebCentral.com as well just in case. Same results. I checked many times but can't figure out what's wrong. Thanks for your help.
