I have recently been checking out the traffic that various sites have been getting and comparing them on http://www.alexa.com/ i compared 3 leading article sites - goarticles.com, ezinearticles.com and articlecube.com. ezinearticles traffic stomps over everybody elses with just under 100 million page views daily. do you think most of these are from people submitting articles in order to get backlinks? or from people googling random topics and hitting up related articles? also, they must be turning over hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in adsense!
100 million seems a bit over inflated to me, would result in 1 billion page views in average of 10 days, i cant see that.
i guess it's inaccurate in the sense that not all users have Alexa toolbars installed, and those that do are more web nerds than your average joe.
