    Hello everyone ,

    can anyone tell me how what is alexa.com and how i can improve my site ranking thourgh alexa.com.

    I see the result from statbrain.com where i see that lot of visitors come from alexa.com than from the google. so also tell me how its work.

    maybe 10% of people whos download toolbar alexa ,, so if u see ur site 500.000

    don't think it's mean there is no traffic in ur site ...

    my advice for u ,, foces in SEO and who to fishing PPL

    Build backlinks. place your site link in your sig. thats a backlink. have your link on as many related sites as you can.

    Seriously, use social networks and build backlinks to increase your Alexa. Basically the more people with the toolbar that view your website, the better your ranking. Generally webmasters are the largest demographic with the toolbar installed. Hope that helps a bit.

    I`m not sure ìf I`m answering your question, but it looks like not all hits to your website are recorded on Alexa. It`s kinda unfair, cause only visitors who have an Alexa toolbar are recorded, it`s not fair, but Alexa ranking is important cause they`re like a monopoly like Google PageRank. To ensure that all your hits are recorded I found out that you should be having an Alexa widget on your pages. Hope that helps!

    alexa is VERY inaccurate its based on who uses the toolbar and only few do...mainly webmasters...you can increaase it by installing the toolbar and visiting your site everyday...it'll slowly increase..u'll see.don't pay much attention to alexa..
