if you are using it to boost your website better remove your adsense codes first and put it back after your done using alexa booster..just to avoid getting ban from adsense..
I don't recommend Alexa Booster program. Usually those traffics are "HITS" from autosurf program, ptc and the convertion rate is really bad. Better put more weight on seo, keyword density, link building etc. Organic traffics from search engines is the best. Just my 2 cents.
Alexa traffic boosting (non-natural) is definitely a "Risk" to your Google AdSense "Money Potential". WHY DO YOU WANT TO BOOST YOUR ALEXA RANKING IF IT IS NOT OTHERWISE 100% NATURAL? It will simply diminish/decrease your CTR/eCPM ratio values. In other words, getting "useless" visitors to your site (boosting your Alexa ranking) who are not clicking on your AdSense ads will cause Google to allocate less value to the ads placed on your site. It is better to work on your Google PR ranking, with back links, than trying to achieve a useless (artificial/meaningless) Alexa ranking.
What is the need of using this sort of program, I am not going to say whether it's a risk or not for Adsense, but in fact there is no need of using such sort of program. Let's make your website for the visitors and try to get some unique visitors daily and ultimately your alexa rank will improve automatically.
Yeah, it will also lower the worth of your clicks. Google's algorithm is smart enough to recognize fishy behavior.
