alexa rank has no direct relationship to google indexing. alexa depends mostly on their own toolbar data, from what I understand, and they supplement that with other information - again this is totally independent of google -- although they are both trying to measure "website popularity", each in their own way.
No, Alexa doesn't affect on google ranking. It's just a lots of genuine links which affects Google ranking.
They both affect each other on indexing. However if you ask me, I would say for google you need to get as many backlinks as possible and for alexa you need to have more number people visiting your site who have alexa toolbar in their browers

Totally agree with that. We can easily increase alexa rank by installing their toolbar. However, only one vote per day and not more. So you can't really increase your alexa by installing their toolbar and visit your own site several times a day.

There is no correlation between Alexa and Google indexing. As it was mentioned here, Alexa ranking measure from data sent from Alexa toolbar. On Alexa site info page there is link to the website which is dofollow, but anchor text is just a website url. This link may add some value to your PR, but will not impact Google indexing. Google indexing depends on your content and how often it changes. Alexa ranking is available to public, meaning you can see rank for any site you would like to, and this can give you some kind of feeling how website is popular from traffic point of view.
You are right, but you can ask your friends online and in town to download the alexa toolbar and request your site to put in in their homepage. Or they just have to open it once everyday and thatz it, your rank is increased
Both are independent of each other. You can not tell that due to alexa ranking you will get more visits from google, but you can say this: "if you have higher visits from google then your alexa ranking will be higer".
