ok, about Stats.. average 50,000 unique per month

and revenue $200 / mo from google ads + infolinks $50 average


and yes some one said that stats and revenue can be changed from photoshop ,, yes... anyone can modify the screenshot, but you ppl still want to see screen shots, PM me

Upload a txt/html on your server and give us the link. The file should say something like "This site is for sale by eyes_drinker at DigitalPoint Forums".

Anyway the style of writing is so different.

 

His site (if it's ever "his") seems promising. However, he (the thread starter) is NOT. I wouldn't waste my time with this kind of "seller". I advice you guys to do the same. A serious seller wouldn't refuse or beating around the bushes when asked about site's stats. But nevertheless, usually someone or another will fall for this kind of trap. These people are usually those who don't look before they buy or those who are just greedy.

 

You better hurry selling this site.

Offlate DP is turning like flippa.com, there are just too many of these PM me for stats stuff around.. I really think the mods should stop this.. In the last 15 odd days i have seen far too many "uncompleted threads" and people even starting threads just to get some idea of the value of their site which others mihgt be offering without actually wanting to sell..

I am a seriouss sites buyer, but i dont think you are a serious seller.. If you ever understand what traffic means and all those stuff then you would have given "REAL TRAFFIC" stats and not a screenshot of Alexa. As one of the guys pointed out alexa is useless..

If you really want to sell your site- please upload the awstats or analytics screen (clearly showing the url of ur site) - also showing top keywords from where ur traffic is coming and top referrers.. You mentioned 75% is from google so i suppose keyword traffic is going to be very high?

The revenue -> well i am not too much concerned about revenue cause based on traffic stats i can get an idea of potential adsense revenue - but if you furnish that as well which "clearly shows url channel or custom channel" i would be great for others..

SO far all the posts have been just useless on the thread in terms of buying the site..

I hope i have not hurt anyone but its really imp..
