    Why someone will sell a site like this for 3-4 months revenue? Why not 10-12 months?

    Why not? If it pays off... on top of that, you could improve the site's earnings so that it IS YOUR HARD WORK that made the revenue increase and you'll get your money back before those 12 months.

    But, maybe, you want that someone else do the work and provide for you, right? LOL
