Alertpay's transaction dispute policy

Does anyone have any firsthand experience with Alertpay's transaction dispute policies?

One big issue I have with PayPal is that they give buyers tons of refunds for digital goods or services. For example, I did some SEO for a client in the amount of $400. When the customer was satisfied with the work, he sent me the payment (which I only collect AFTER the work is done and the customer is satisfied), then he filed a dispute and PayPal gave him all his money back after 3 months of SEO work!

I have moneybookers now also, but I'm looking for a payment processor where a customer can just fill in credit card information to pay me without having to create an account or do a transfer from their bank.

    Thanks for any tips/help!

They ask you to lodge a complaint to their customer support center before 30 days from the payment, both parties have to participate to the complaint. Then they return the money to the sender.
