i'm from malaysia. i am having problem with alertpay account. i have balance around 450USD in alertpay but the problem is alertpay does not allow me to send away the money. they said i must verify my account but i found it is impossible to get verified. i cant add an banK account as it is not inside the registration categories. credit card verification has been disabled. i have only done phone verification. i'm seriously seeking help here.
I would email the support desk and ask them how you can get verified. If it is a problem with sending money to a bank account, maybe you can have then send you a check for the money in the account
Have you ever contact with their support team after your issue. There is an option to get your money asap via exchanging with others but in this case you have to trust on strangers with is also very risky.
I now write again to their support but no response. Does anyone know if they have phone support. The first map verified without problems, but now my other card is already the fifth day is not verified.
You just have to transfer some money to your alertpay account to get verified also you have to link your credit or debit card.
My wife attempted to get verified with AlertPay and their process is incredibly draconian -- to the point where I have to wonder just WHO uses it? When you have good banking and credit card company references, can answer all their questions, and then STILL you can't get verified, it causes one pause on the legitimacy of their operation. Additionally -- much like PayPal -- I recently heard horror stories (like the money above) about certain people having problems getting their money out. Perhaps AlertPay is taking a page out of MF Global's playbook (??)
You are correct Stillalivee, using exchangers can be very risky. This is the reason we advise our members to be very vigilant when using them and we authorize only 5 exchangers to use our services. All the best to you, Tanya
