    Is there an exchanger where I can cash out my Alertpay and receive funds via Xoom.com?

    i think its not supported in xoom atm. may be you can ask xoom support for alertpay payment instead of bank/paypal

    no. alertpay doesnt provide the facility.
    im from india.
    previously there was an option to transfer funds from paypal to xoom.
    but now they removed.
    i too want to transfer fund from paypal thru xoom.
    but helpless.

    You should have a manual Converting done to Make the money OVer to Xoom

    Here goes the transaction Frame Alertpay ---> Bank ---> Xoom

    Or Make a Person who can Pay you to Xoom for what you pay to his Alertpay :)

    why not add your bank to your alertpay and withdraw it? thay way the better and safe.

    well, there are many 3rd party exchanger out in market, like Alertpay , http://www.exeauto.com or goldexpay.com and such company which exchange alertpay to other currency
