I noticed a few months ago they randomly stopped allowing withdrawing to USA bank accounts, seemed weird. But they were surprisingly fast in sending me a check.

When you try to withdraw money they are little strict and make a lot of verifications. Most of the time do you really need the money :p

The quick answer is that AlertPay owns the platform, so they make the rules. They are also responsible for handling the customers/merchants money, so whatever process they put in place is for them to determine.

There are other issues with AP, and there are alternatives.

    Regards

I also agree with you that there are many rules and regulations which are make by some payment processing company like Pay Pal and Alert-pay and we have to follow it if we want to deal with any of them.

PayPal is greedy but the withdrawal is smoother. AP's support vanishes when it comes to withdrawal of money and they are very much active when you want to put money in. AP is not recommended anywhere. Hold your money for as long as possible is their main interest.
